I couldn't be happier! Affordable, plus everything you could hope for in a company. Chip was very professional, knowledgeable and if you can believe it, On Time. I had this done before any molding went in. As he progressed i was beginning to think I might not need to. I am very picky about seams, having hung wallpaper professionally, but these where perfect.

Chip and Tom installed about 1400 square feet of LVP flooring for us. The attention to detail was impressive. I'm sure if the job had been in his own home, Chip would not have changed a thing. We had many other contractors in while doing a refresh of our home and Chip and Tom stand out as the best workers we had. I cannot recommend Chip highly enough for his good communication, promptness and most importantly, the quality of the work. If you are getting floors installed, these are the guys you want! To be clear, this is a real review and I told Chip he is free to use me as a reference anytime. It's unique to be able to write such a positive review, but the work performed deserves it.

It went extremely well, and we could not be happier with the work and the workers (Chip and Bob). We wanted to purchase almost everything required on our own to maximize savings. Before ordering the flooring, we called Chip at Affordable Flooring Specialists to ask if he would install what we intended to buy online. With an affirmative answer, we asked for an estimate and sought his advice on everything that was needed. Once the materials arrived, a date was set for the installation. The job itself was completed in one day. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Chip and Bob were both hard-working, thoroughly professional, and most pleasant to have in our home. We plan to have a similar job done in a guest bedroom within a few months, and it is almost certain we'll ask Affordable Flooring Specialists to do that work for us as well. Again, my wife and I are both extremely happy with the quality of work done. The floor looks great!

Great job by Affordable Flooring. Chip and Bob moved our furniture, laid the flooring, and then installed new baseboards. Everything was done to high standards, and when I say that, I myself being a fairly accomplished amateur carpenter, have very high standards. They met and exceeded my standards! Very punctual, professional and diligent. I found Affordable Flooring on Angie's List, and they confirmed the high ratings they have on my job too. Excellent experience. I bought flooring on my own. Affordable Flooring did installation in a large master bedroom, and two guest rooms. Started on date as agreed. Excellent workmanship. Very meticulous. Very happy with final result! They were a "pleasure" to work with!

He was here promptly at 9 AM and began by explaining what he intended to do and how he would go about it. He encountered uneven areas and some loose pieces in the old wood that required some sanding and filling in since the new 'floating' floor would be laid over the existing floor. The extra time that took made the new floor more solid and even, and was done with far less dust than we expected. He also cleaned the room both nights before he left and stacked the equipment neatly out of our way. Most impressive was the long curved line where the floor meets a carpeted area in a big open room. He was able to butt the two together expertly without the use of a threshold type transition between them. We did not want that 'bump' in the middle of the room and he did an amazing job keeping it flush. The threshold pieces needed at doorways (bedrooms and bath) were minimal and appropriate since they had doors. We loved how meticulous he was about details and the result is better than we could imagine. I was reluctant to use vinyl in the first place, but the color is as warm as the previous wood and far better at guarding against the scratches and water damage we inflicted on the former wood. He temporarily removed three appliances in the kitchen to lay the vinyl and replaced them without so much as a scuff mark. The whole project was a pleasure because of Chip's knowledge off the product, his work ethic, and his attention to detail. It's how you'd do your own home if you could do it yourself. His price seemed reasonable but after seeing him work and the final results, I'd say it was easily the best money I've spent on the house all year.

Very well. The owner operator connected us with a building materials company that provides price breaks for his jobs. They delivered the wood early, then came on time to rip up the carpets and install flooring in two bedrooms and my office. The following week, a craftsman came to install wood steps on our curved staircase. He did a magnificent job.
