Outstanding. Very knowledgeable. Another locksmith had recommended a deadbolt that didn't fit my door. Mike understood the problem and recommended a lock that worked great. He re-keyed two new locks and made me new keys. Great guy, high quality work, and really nice to work with. After he completed the job, I learned from our condo manager that Mike has been the go-to locksmith for our condo community for about 15 years, which speaks well to the quality of his work and his reputation.

He fixed a new dead bolt lock which Loew's hardware had incorrectly rekeyed resulting in a key getting stuck in the exterior door lock. He reset the pins, fixed the lock, and checked all of my keys to make sure that they all fit properly. He was prompt and very courteous. Great work ethic.

He was a very kind person, he was efficient, and he did the work quickly. We called him, he came, and it was done. While I only met him on that occasion but we struck up a conversation and I would be surprised if he was anything but a trustworthy locksmith.
