I moved into house less than 2 months ago, problems were not found until a week after “move in”… 239 Inspection Services failed to find extensive water damage under kitchen sink, seal leak in impact window, inoperative sliders and more. When I requested that 239 Inspection Services return to my house to review issues they refused, instead suggested I contact my home owners insurance company. These damages were present before I moved in. PS… after my first phone call, requesting company to “re-visit” my home they “blocked” my number, I had to ask neighbors to call 239 Inspection Services to try to make contact which they did… On their website it’s not possible to leave a review, does that tell you something???

They did a very good thorough inspection, on time and I was very pleased with the results. I would use them again. Only bad thing is they did send my info to multiple other divisions/sections of their company to try and sell me other unwanted items, this was annoying.
