We had a lot of rain a few months ago and since the rain was going through the walls the foundation of the house was going. As a result of all the rain we had there was damage to the brick. A lot of work has to be done and the insurance company said they would take care of it but I am not able to get a contractor here even though they have come and told me they would be back to do the work. Wright Contractors came within three days from the time they said they would. When they did come they didn’t bring a ladder or anything. They knew they were coming to look at the roof. Two people came and one stood on the fence to look up the roof to see what was going on up there. They never went up on the roof. All they could see from there was the tarp which was up there and a neighbors tree which I can’t get him to cut. He promised to come on a Monday when I talked to him. He came with his helper on Thursday and promised to come on the following Monday with a contract for me to sign. He said he would be here before 10 because I had a doctor’s appointment at 11 and he promised to be here no later than 8. I waited for him before I went to the doctor and I waited till about 3 before I called him. He said he had his hands in some work. I don’t care what he was doing I wanted to know why he didn’t come at 8 in the morning. I am very distraught about the whole situation. I really don’t know what to do. I told them not to come back when he said he had his hands in cement. I think it was a bad time for me and so I asked him to just keep his hands in cement and I no longer needed his services.
