About us
At Legacy Homes Investing LLC, it is a family-driven company committed to workmanship, community, and producing genuine value, not just a handyman and remodel business. We have had the privilege of working on an Amish community where we've developed appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ranging around the Alabama–Florida border, including Panama City, Dothan, and Enterprise, the Company takes pleasure in providing consistent, honest work with a hands-on approach. From a little repair to a complete redesign, its aim is to enhance the lives of the individuals it serves by means of excellence and a dedication to doing things correctly. Our goal is to provide families with homes they can really be proud of. One project at a time, creating a legacy, not just residences.

"We?re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience and that our work did not meet your expectations. At Legacy Homes Investing, we take pride in maintaining professionalism and safety on every project, and we always strive to exceed our clients? expectations. That said, we believe it?s important to clarify the events and decisions made during your project to provide context for others reviewing our services. From the start, we worked diligently to fulfill the terms of the signed contract, including installing new cabinets in the kitchen, relocating some cabinets to the pantry, and installing flooring in your kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. Prior to ending our contract, we successfully completed the installation of new kitchen cabinets, a new countertop, as well as the flooring in the kitchen and pantry. However, a few critical points must be addressed: Health and Safety Concerns: Upon inspection, the pantry cabinet was found to be severely damaged and contaminated with rat feces, rendering it unsafe for reinstallation. In the laundry room, our team was unable to proceed due to uncleaned space containing rat droppings, cat feces, and urine creating an unsafe environment for our crew. Goodwill Adjustments: Despite these conditions, we waived over $390 in material overages and completed two separate plumbing service calls at no charge, including one on a Saturday?typically subject to emergency rates. These additional services were provided promptly and without cost as a professional courtesy. Unacceptable Behavior: During our final visit, one of our contractors was subjected to threatening and aggressive behavior, including being told he ?could not leave? and that he would ?find out what hell is like.? This is unacceptable under any circumstance. Per the terms of our signed agreement, we reserve the right to terminate services if the work environment becomes unsafe. Accordingly, we made the decision to formally end our working relationship. We welcome constructive feedback and are always open to professional dialogue. However, we also have an obligation to protect the safety and wellbeing of our team, and to uphold the standards outlined in our contracts. We sincerely wish you the best moving forward."
