 + -1 moreCalled when 2 of the 5 trees died. First, they made an appointment to come and replace trees. Then missed the appointment, when I called they said they changed their mind and refused to replace trees. I told them I had a guarantee, and they said they didn't care. I had an attorney write a letter and it was returned. I tried to contact them again and no answer on the phone. I think they are still in business in Bokeelia.
Description of Work: Purchased 3 trees from this company that came around the neighborhood door-to-door. They planted the trees and advised a watering schedule, told me that they didn't have a receipt and gave me a business card, and I could use my canceled check as a receipt. Purchased 2 more trees a few days later. They gave me a 25% discount if I paid cash. I was advised trees were guaranteed for one year.
