The service man came removed the old broken spring and installed the new one. I have an older door that is not up to the current hurricane codes. He recomened that I up grade and gave me a reasonable quote. I did not up grade at this time but I plan to in the near furture and I will use the door dr.

I really liked them. He was very very good. He was very prompt, very knowledgeable on the type of door that we wanted because we ended going with a double insulated hurricane proof door. They were very courteous. He responded to our calls always. He didn't really try to push us into a more expensive garage door. I highly recommend them to others. We did some comparison on the price and he was very good on that.
