They were very nice. They were very prompt in assisting us, however, we ended up selling our house and ended up not needing their service.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We had used them several times in the past and then the company changed owners or management and everything completely changed. Our first bad experience was when we ordered trees and after they were supposed to be installed, the company called us to change the price three times. We decided we were not going to use them again, however a few weeks ago we thought we'd give it another shot thinking that things may be different. Both my husband and I called several times and emailed requests over for a period of about three weeks trying to get a price for a tree and still to this day have NEVER received a call / email back with a quote or any response at all. Each time we spoke to someone (two different people) they told us they would have it over by the end of the day and each time we never received anything. I have never seen a company act this way, it's horrible! I would not recommend them to any one.

They did an excellent job. We are from Canada and knew nothing about Florida plants. They designed the entire property. Their price was competitive. They were willing to work with us. They were very knowledgeable. They even followed up to make sure the plants were growing and fertilized properly. They were on time, on budget.
