All of this was done by phone, as we were away for the summer. We had family who told us we had gallons of water coming through the front room. Someone sent a photograph of the hole and we started with an outrageous quote by the builder's roofer, and then asked around for referrals. My daughter had her roof done by this company and was happy with the work. The most amazing part was that we were gone and he just handled it all in one or two days. It was then fixed on the inside by another contractor, with no mold or unfixable damage. I would certainly use this company again.
