After meeting with multiple contractors and being frustrated with the all over the map pricing and advice, we picked Worchild. The primary reason was Ronin specifically. From start the finish he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and helped us redesign from our original plan saving us time and money that we would have spent had we kept with the original design. The end result was even better than expected all because of his recommendations. Roninâ s diverse experience really paid off as we were able to get the entire job completed using his teams. He was professional, always on time, and provided regular updates. We really couldnâ t have gotten through this without him.

Summary: Ronin was hired to lay down an epoxy resin to seal our new garage in the new community of Delray Trails. The first scheduled day of work was Monday, June 10th - postponed due to an â emergency. Then there were three days of rain, which I understood the work could not be completed. Starting that Saturday (June 15th), he said there was no rain and no work scheduled due to issues with a lack of available people to do the work. (Lextured me on employees.) communicated with him that we had the movers coming Thursday the 20th and would need to get started soon so it would be thoroughly dry before putting items in there. â Crickets. After two days of no responses by any medium, I called and left a message that since he was not scheduling or doing the work, we should part ways and forgo the project. There was no reply until I texted him to call me. He texted back the refund is pending and in the works. Not returning my money after two weeks is unacceptable. Ronin is unprofessional, discourteous, and childish. I believe he uses apps like Angi and Txxxxxxxxx to collect deposits and then shop the jobs out to others (not employees). Feel free to read the conversation if the summary is not enough to make my point. Like clockwork, I am sure he will respond that I am the one who is hostile and rude. Now you can decide for yourself by reading the texts between us. (The owner is in grey boxes; I am in blue.) If he does not return my earnest money after reading this review, the next step will be reporting him and his company to the Better Business Bureau. This company has exhausted my patience. Tired of excuses and waiting for my money back.

Quick, clean, did the job right the first time provided a list of small projects to do around a new house purchase. Over the course of two months the projects all startedâ ¦ of the 7 only 2 were actually finished.. ended up never hearing back from them after demanding payment daily. Avoid paying until the project is done.. donâ t be fooled by hourly billing..

The job was completed on time and on budget. Ronin was very thorough and courteous regarding our concerns.
