Friday night we noticed our air conditioner wasn't cooling the house very well. After some inspection we noticed ice on the coils. We turned the unit off and used a hair dryer to melt the ice then turned the unit on again. By morning the ice was back and the house wasn't very cool. We were worried about this happening on a weekend but called Tom at Winterair to see our options. We spoke to Tom about 7:30 Saturday morning and he sent out his assistant (also named Tom) to our house at 10 am. He figured out we had a leak in the system and found it right away and repaired it. He also saw another area that he said would probably become a leak soon and repaired that too. Then he recharged the system. Tom the owner also came out during this time to help with the repair. Since then our air conditioner has been working great. We are so happy that we were able to get such great service so quickly on a Saturday and at a fair price. Happy to have our cool air back!

Our air conditioner stopped working in the early hours of July 4. I called Tom around 8 AM; he said he'd be at our house at 10, and he was! His service was prompt, very professional with additional service and advice not charged for. We'd use, and recommend him and his company without hesitation!
