Worst service ever. Patrick Barry came and set up 10 rat traps and said he sealed off ALL places where rats could enter the roof. He quoted $650 for setting traps, sealing off entrances and removal of all dead rats. He charged $790 for this service. And did NOT supply an invoice! He asked my husband to look in the ceiling on the Monday after he set the traps. My husband reported there were 5 dead rats and Mr Barry replied with "Can't your husband take the rats out of the attic, Im packing to go away and besides, there is a $200 fee if I come and do it!" When called after his week away, I aksed for a copy of the invoice, and he said he already gave it to us. I asked for a copy to be sent and he said he didnt keep copies of invoices!!! This guy is a shark!

Response from Wildlife Railroad Services
This woman is a complete liar. Her husband received a copy of the invoice at the time he paid me and on the invoice it states that return trips to service traps require a $129 service fee. This was also discussed on the phone before I came to the property and with her husband as we set the traps in the attic together, so he would know where they are at and how to use them. She lives 1.5 hours away, usually the fee is $100 for customers in my area. She demanded I come to the home for free after her husband had been removing the traps with the rats in them. So now she is out of traps and still has rats and wants me to come back for free. A classic case of not getting her way and lying to hurt my name to get some twisted satisfaction. I work 7 days a week and answer my phone 16 hours everyday and recite the same pricing every call. If you don't believe me call me. Additionally, this person didn't find me on Angie's list but said a client at her job referred me, so you can see what she will do to cause others to suffer.
