While the showroom/office experience was mildly unprofessional I would never let that prevent me from going back. The end product was great and the service on par. Prices were great, delivery exactly as expected and quality better than I had expected. Definitely recommend and would return. Pam is very knowledgeable and cares about her business.

We pride ourselves on competitive prices, knowledge of our products and personalized customer service which sets us apart from other stores. Besides the special cushions you ordered, we have the best brands of patio furniture in the industry that can be sold as shown or special ordered in 3-4 weeks in many choices. Since we are a small family owned business, we do our best in the space that we have. We try our best to keep our showroom inviting, professional and tidy but sometimes the busy day gets away from us and we are just too busy to put things away. I am glad you are enjoying your cushions and I appreciate your feedback and more importantly appreciate you supporting your locally owned and operated family business.
