We Move On Demand

Wonderful. This company alone makes it worth it to join Angie's List. We ALL know about the nightmares with movers and I saw over 70 A's and had to try them out. They accomodated me, showed up with 1 extra person to make the move quicker, and squeezed me in on less than 24 hours notice. Arthur was a pleasure to deal with and I was so delighted I am referring him to some realtors that I know to use their services.

They were excellent. Arthur came to our house to give us an estimate, and photographed all of the furniture that was to be moved. Arthur told me that they would take care of packaging the artwork, and to simply leave those pieces on the walls. We set up a date, and that was it. The day before the move, I called to advise Arthur that we would need wardrobes for our clothing. The men arrived at about 9 in the morning, while we were still boxing up the last of our possessions. They helped us pack the remaining items, and had the truck loaded and ready to go by 12:30. Now keep in mind that this is not a small house, at well over 3600 sf under air, and it was full of furniture and artwork (including pool and patio furniture). The move went smoothly, and the men helped us move some large sofas, beds, and tables that had been left with the house. We had many fragile items, and not a thing was damaged. The workmen were friendly and professional, and were willing to do extra work that we requested. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

They broke a rather large glass topped outdoor table taking it out of the moving van at my new home. They left alot of glass in the driveway and did not replace the glass top. Eventually they stopped returning my phone calls.

Moving team did a great careful job NO DAMAGE and everything went like clock work. we had lots of little stuff at the end which i think Arthur should have anticipated but I really cant complain because it was a "lot of stuff". They were so willing to do virtually anything like move bedrooms once set up when I figured the furniture was in the wrong room. Its always stressful but they did good!!!

From start w / Arthur to finish with the team, they were prompt, courteous & professional. Everything was great.

Arthur Yale is wonderful to deal with. When I called and left a message he returned my call and arranged to come out to give me an estimate. The men showed up on time and expertly wrapped and moved my belongings. The move ran a lot longer than expected because the amount of belongings didn't fit very well in my new home. They were great in making everything fit. They put together my furniture successfully considering the items in storage had been taken apart by a different mover! They figured it all out and never complained. I was so impressed at how hard they worked. Always polite and professional. No damages - Great experience. Thank you Arthur!

Arthur has a stellar crew! They were very professional, polite and quick. I paid for 3 guys with a minimum of 5 hrs. and a maximum of 7. I was sure with all that I needed to move , a 3 bedrooms house plus an office it would take 7-8 hrs. On moving day, 7 guys showed up and they move into the new 3 BR + house in 4.5 hrs and that was including the lunch I bought them. I was very pleased with how the job was performed. If you don't choose "Move on the go" you will be taking a chance.

Absolutely outstanding! Very professional, helpful and concientious. If anybody could make moving fun, it is these guys! They move quickly and delicately. Nothing was brokern or lost. they were patient when we tried furniture in different locations. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy and we are. the hourly rate worked well for us as we had so much to move. Right on schedul 6 wonderful guys, 2 trucks and a trailer showed up. I highly recommend Move on Demand. They deserve all the A's they get.

I have moved ( 11 ) times in my professional career, so I know a good moving company versus a poor moving company! My friend used Move On Demand for her move, as she read about them on Angie's List in 2012. From my initial contact with Arthur Yale, the move was a big success. The estimate turned out to be the actual cost, which is so unheard of with many moving companies. For our move, we hired ( 4 ) persons and a Truck. Move On Demand showed up 2 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time, and a new truck and a trailer just in case they had made a mistake in estimating the volume of our contents. The Truck was very clean, the men were extremely polite, and very professional. The men quickly went into our home, and wrapped almost every item we had with plastic, and taped the items so they would not touch on another during the move. The truck was packed very tightly, so that items could not shift. When the men arrived at the new house, they came in with their moving blankets, and wrapped any areas that could be bumped or scratched. The guys were incredible when carrying the heavy stuff up our stairs. I will move ( 1 ) more time in my lifetime, I will certainly contact Arthur Yale, of Move On Demand to hire his professional company again. I had a great experience starting when the owner Arthur and lead mover Eduardo came for an in person estimate. They were professional and offered a good estimate. On moving day, Eduardo and his team of two others showed up promptly and packaged our furniture with care and efficiency. No furniture was damaged and they finished within their estimate. I have moved many times, and I have not had a better moving experience. I highly recommend Move On Demand for anyone needing moving services.

They were terrific. They came over to see our house/things and gave us an estimate that they stuck to. They went above and beyond - packing our wall hangings, bringing 6 wardrobe boxes so we didn't need to take things off hangers, assembling our beds/crib in new home. No damage. They just did what they said they would do.

It went excellent! Very professional and pleasant people. Worked quickly and carefully. There was no time wasted. I have moved 3 times and this was the best moving experience I've ever had. I am so happy with the choice I made!

Amazing moving experience:) We sold our house in Boynton Beach and had to find and move into a rental in Jupiter within a short time frame. I looked on Angie's list and saw the wonderful reviews for Move on Demand and set up appts for them and a couple of other moving companies for estimates. After we met Arthur, we canceled the other appts, because we felt very confident that this was the right moving company for us. We spoke with Arthur several times before the move and he was always very responsive, and personally dropped off boxes as needed before the moving day. The day before the move, Eduardo came over to pack up the kitchen and a few other items. The day of the move, Eduardo and his team came early and worked incredibly hard, making sure every piece of furniture was wrapped very well. They were extremely efficient and personable and worked on our move for 12 hours that day, unpacking the wardrobes at our new house. Nothing was damaged in the move due to their careful work. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Move on Demand. You hear horror stories about movers and I am so glad we went with Move on Demand.

Not very courteous on the phone. Basically laughed at the request and blew me off. I really didn't get to the part that in a few weeks we are moving the whole household too.

The salesman was very professional. They came on time. The moving crew was professional, polite, and did a great job wrapping the breakables. A word to the wise: Pay them to pack the whole house. I would highly recommend them. Their quote was the highest of three but it was money well spent.

It went great. Arthur, the owner, came in the morning to make sure everything was in order and the moving men were very accomodating. I recommend this company.

The company is very busy. I talked to the gentleman on the phone and we agreed three movers would be needed for stairs, weight of the units, etc. They came on time. What I got was three strong guys. What I didn't get was movers. No moving blankets or anything to protect furniture, walls, stairs. They brought down my big cabinet and stacked it on its side on a hard floor with no blanket and left it there. I had prepared the pinball machines for basic move, but I told them that they had to take off the legs and bring them upstairs and reassemble them. As I'm preparing to leave for the day I see them trying to get the machines up the stairs without removing the legs. Then then take them off by resting the machine on the stairs and removing legs without anything to keep the wood stairs from scratching. They struggled to get the pinball machine upstairs and a guest staying with us had to help them. They gouged two of my stairs by resting the unit without any protection on the wood stair. They made no attempt to report it or do anything about it to my wife, who was supervising. I'm now out the repair to the wood of two stairs, another $200 or so, because my wife didn't catch it at the time and they were good enough to ignore what they did. I found it when I got home that evening. They should have had people with experience in moving large objects, or at least one on the crew who had done it before. They should have had protective gear like pads to prevent damage to the units or moving surfaces. Even having a supervisor get them started would have been good. No one came. Also LISTENING wouldn't have been bad. I can only imagine the damage to the antique pinball machine if they'd tried to take it up the stairs with the legs on. Most disappointing. I will not call them again for anything.

Great overall experience would definitely reccomend to friends and family. Very speedy and willing to do what was needed to get me done. Made the move happen when i need it to and were excellent on price and quality of work.

Move-On Demand was an absolute joy to work with! WE were so worried about our move! Arthor Yale, the owner of the company, took all the worry out of the move! Arhur's crew came to our house on January 2, 2013 RIGHT ON TIME......They reminded us of the Everready battery commercial......his crew kept on working and working!! They had the contents of our entire house loaded by 2:30 that afternoon! On January 3rd, 2013, we met Arthur's crew at our new house in Jacksonville! THEY were on-time...WE were late! That didn't slow them down one bit! They had the entire contents of the truck unloaded by noon that day! Thank You Move-On Demand for making this move go so smoothly! Move-On Demand might NOT be the cheapest game in town......BUT..... They are the BEST game in town! Thanks Arthur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

overall,while any move is stressful,this worked out o.k.

hey were extremely hard-working and well mannered. All the furniture was wrapped in plastic. Aside from a scratch and a very minor breakage, they performed exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone nor think twice about using them another time. Job well done.

They arrived on time. They wrapped most items in large blankets and I did not have any scratches or breakage. (We live on the second floor.) The four men who did the moving were very helpful and friendly. It was a long day, but honestly, I don't think it could have gone any better. I should also mention that the price was much better than the other firms from which I received estimates. Arthur gave me a minimum and maximum number for the move and the final amount fell right between the two numbers. I would definitely recommend this company.
