They came to give an estimate, compared to others gave us the best price. When we finally gave them a date, they were fine with it and showed up a bit late but called way in advanced to let us know. They loaded the truck quickly and made sure everything was well protected. They delivered the next day on time and put everything where we requested it and if we needed something moved they accommodated with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were so pleasant to work with. The movers for our job were Eduardo and Brian. What a team! They were, pleasant and professional. They worked so quickly and never complained about the work. They are hard workers. We are so glad that we found out about this company on Angie's list. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic Job! The estimate for our residential re-location that included minor packing and moving of all furniture was very competitive. On the day of the move, the team of four men arrived five minutes early. When we initially walked through the house to see the layout, each man strategically took a floor (3 floors total) and immediately started the disassembling and staging the furniture. By the time I had come down from the third floor to the first floor, some furniture was already inside the moving truck! Throughout the entire day this “team” worked flawlessly and independent of each other. It was as though they each knew what specific assignment or task they needed to complete, and simply just “got at it”. They exercised professionalism and care when moving the furniture (not a scratch) and were very detailed with any high value items. I have moved numerous time in the past ten years and this is the “only” moving company that I would recommend to others and would use again. THANKS

Would highly recommend We Move on Demand. Recently needed a 2 bdrm condo in Brickell packed and moved into storage. Initially called and spoke with Eduardo. He scheduled an appointment to meet me and assess my needs within 2 days. After our meeting he immediately provided a detailed estimate of costs to pack contents and move to a local storage unit. After speaking to 2 other Angie’s list recommended movers I found that Eduardo & We Move on Demand was the most professional, provided an in home estimate and was truly the best value. On day of the move Eduardo & his team arrived on time (in fact early). They went right to work. They were great in ensuring my furniture and belongings were protected and well taken care of. Everything I asked them to do was done with no problem. Not only did they provide great service, quality & care when moving my stuff but they were also honest with there cost estimate and met all of our negotiated contract fees. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Eduardo & his team. Great experience.

I wrote on the bill of lading when I signed it that I'd be getting in a furniture re-finisher to give me an estimate. I fought for three months with Mr. Arthur Yale, the moving company president, trying to get the money to re-finish my furniture. He re-fused to pay out of pocket, or through his insurance company. He offered me two alternatives----have his men pick up the furniture when in the area and bring it back to the east coast where his repairman would charge him nothing to do the re-finishing, then return it here to the west coast, or---give me $50.00. The repairs will cost $430.00. I accepted neither ridiculous offer. DO NOT USE "WE MOVE ON DEMAND!" ARTHUR YALE IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT!!!

SECOND TIME WE USED THIS MOVER. ARTHUR AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF WERE AMAZING! THIS WAS A HUGE MOVE AND THEY MADE IT SO EASY. Very fast & professional. Nothing broken upon arrival. They even packed some stuff I thought I would have to haul in my car. Job was done early and the guys were pros all the way. Definitely recommend.

The move itself went well. Lead mover was very good. All 3 were polite and courteous. They make you sign a thing after the move that says everything was OK. About a week later when we got to the Select Comfort guest room bed, we found the zipper had been ripped out of it and they just laid it on top as if nothing was wrong. The obviously thought you had to open the mattress cover, which holds all the works in place, to attach the air tubes...which you do not have to do. No one told us. I called Arther, the owner and the first thing he said was that insurance won't cover it. Then he said he'd send someone out the first week of 2018. That never happened. I called in and he was away for a week and would call me when he got back. Also didn't happen. I did call Select Comfort and found out that depending on the model, a new cover was $500 - $1500. It made my move very expensive. So today I call Arthur and he says he'll send someone out. A little late as if I was supposed to wait for a new bed to appear? I tell Arthur not to mind, that I am no longer recommending him (to a large real estate company). He says to me "Do you know how much I've worked my fxxxing *** off for you?" This language is just what I saw in some of the Google reviews I had looked up. When criticized, Arthur becomes a wicked person indeed. I don't know who all is writing these ANGIE reviews but it is strange how all of theses are top rated for 8 years but they can't seem to do anything else right in the real world. I think the problem is the owner who needs to stand behind his work and learn what customer service is and to be conscious of repeat business...or NOT.

Movers arrived on time. They very carefully wrapped everything that needed wrapping in pads. They examined everything they were doing. Movers were very courtesy and friendly. The movers did an excellent job putting the furniture and boxes where I wanted them in the new condo. They also made sure my bed was reassembled correctly. They notice when they were taking it apart to move it, that it had not been assembled correctly when the store had delivered. I highly recommend using "We Move On Demand"

The crew was right on time for the packing day and the moving day, all were very professional, did a great job and finished within the time as estimated.

Move was terrific. They were on time and did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I am just completing the purchase of my new home, so they will be moving my belongings from a 3rd-party storage facility to the new residence soon (they do not have their own storage facilities). They packed my kitchen and I watched the care and detail they used when packing.

Finished in allotted time. Were very careful to wrap all furniture in padding. Placed everything where we asked them to in new location. Very professional. Reasonable price.

From the original estimate to the final item moved everything was done very well very professionally. I would hire me again in a heartbeat.

Amazing, moving is rough and divorce is worse.... This company made everything simple and as pleasant as can be. They even went out of their way to be kind to my young kids who were feeling upset about all that was going on. They did an EXCELLENT job, they were careful with everything and the whole experience went great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any family or friend and if you are reading this, call Arthur ASAP and he will be fair and get your job done.

Truck was not large enough to do it in one trip. It was a long day as a result. They broke a desk, a glass door on a tv stand and a drawer. They said they would order us a new glass door for the tv stand and took the one that was not broken. Never heard back from them.

They advertised that they had a moving special for 250 dollars for 6 man hours. I knew this was without the truck, but they said that they would not go with my truck to deliver to my new home 5 miles away.

Went great. I would hire them again.

The entire experience, from the initial call, the quote and until the completion of the move was highly professional, efficient. responsive, in short: top notch in every category. I packed about 80 boxes myself ahead of time, and let the team take care of the bigger items, furniture etc. Almost 2 full trucks loaded, traveled and unloaded in 8 hours, which was exactly the initial quote. Everything placed where I wanted. Zero damage, not a scratch. What else can you expect from a mover? Highly recommended!

This move went great! I had some timeframe issues which I communicated to Arthur right from the beginning. He came up with a plan to meet those shortened timeframes - and beat the objective!! Eduardo and the whole team were hardworking from beginning to end and made sure that we were out of the house by noon. Communication was excellent and they were helpful and very professional. Highly recommend this company!
