I started back in August and I had spent a lot of time emailing them back in forth. They were very responsive at first, and I had to get them all my information. They had gotten an approval to refinance and had some more questions for me. Then I did not hear from them, he said it would take 60 days. I followed up with them on Sept. 24 because I had not heard any thing. I never got a response so I emailed again on Oct. 10 and carbon copied the boss. I never heard from the consultant but the boss did email me back on Oct. 10 saying that they would get my info to me later that day, and now it is Oct 20 and I have not heard anything. Now I have to start the process all over again.

This process was a very good experience. They had a professional broker helping us. He explained all of the settlement statements and separated out every item in terms of cost. The responsiveness was fantastic. I would e-mail the broker and he would e-mail back with answers immediately.
