Moving
I was getting bids and went with this company because the contact man assured me that my things would arrive in 2-4 days. I now know he told me what I wanted to hear because I told him this was very important to me as I had had a very bad moving experience before. The movers were not very professional. One of them kept telling me that they expected a tip. "After we get our tip, we'll be out of here." I felt my things were being hijacked and I tipped them each $40. I've been stalled on the arrival of my things. It's been 5 days now and when I spoke to the man who called me about the dispatcher, he argued with me on the phone about how I'm not the only client and things take time and that no one promised me anything. He wouldn't let me get a word in, so I hung up. This has been another terribly stressful move and I believe I was deliberately duped into canceling my other estimates.
