They are good. The only thing that kills me is that they are expensive. I think she is wonderful. When we first got our dog when we only had him a month or two, he was running like he was coming inside the house and the door was shut and he slammed right into the sliding glass door. He cut his eye and there was a big chunk of skin hanging and he was bleeding. I called them up and they said to bring him up right away. They are open like seven days a week. They have emergency services and everything right there. They just do not do dogs and cats. They do exotic animals. I started going to them because I had a bearded dragon and they were the only vets that would see the bearded dragon. I would use them again in the future. I always say maybe I could take my dog somewhere else and get cheaper shots, but I always end up going back there because my other two dogs  that I had three or four years ago before they died, I could take them anywhere. The other one is a gentle giant and the other one was just easy going. They did not show any anxiety. My dog now is really upset and scared.

They're price has become a little higher, but the service has been great and I still use them!

I think they charged too much for the shot but waiting I would have to rate a C, knowledge A and bedside manner an A. I like that he has concern and caring for the pet. there are a handful of hospitals that have specialist but when I had a problem with 2 of my pets the condition was beyond their expertise . I took them to a hospital that was the size of a normal hospital and they figured it out for me. They had a neurologist and a cardiologist on call.

Very well. Dr. Fellacher is the chief veterinarian and a "cat person". She is very good with my cats. The technicians are excellent as well. My cats are young, so there are few problems anyway. I would recommend Boca Greens for non-severe problems. For severe problems, I would go to specialists.

It's all about $$$$$. Once a company becomes part of a large conglomerate - such as VCA - it becomes all about $$ and not about you and your pets.

They are a terrific vet. service. I have recommended many people and they all are very happy.

I had been to another vet and had a very bad experience there. My cat's face was swollen up and getting worse. I had heard good things about this vet so I gave them a call. They scheduled surgery for the next morning. They called right away when the surgery was over. I could tell that they really had genuine concern for my cat. They treated him like I would have. They also know their stuff. They gave detailed explanations of what was wrong. They called after the surgery to follow-up and it wasn't just to make the call, they really showed concern. I would trust this vet with my animal anytime. I've had friends who used them and they say the same thing.
