Called company and got quote of 450.00 from them to ship vehicle. I can mention names of everyone I spoke to but will not to save them any embarrassment. I paid via credit card 150.00 up front and signed contract papers to ship vehicle. While waiting for the vehicle to be picked up I pulled up tracking website. I noticed on the website the price for shipping went up to 600.00. I called the company and asked the same contact person about the price change and he told me to disregard that information. He said what ever he quoted me was what I had to pay. I said ok and started the waiting game of when the car would be picked up and would arrive. The driver finally contacted me and said he was going to pick up the car the next morning. Three days later he finally picked up vehicle. The vehicle arrived two days later. The day of delivery I spoke to the driver in the morning. He said he would be by me around twelve noon that he had to go to the Bronx first to pick up a motorcycle. I arranged my day to be home. This cost me money. Around two pm he still didn't arrive so I called again and he said he had to go out to an auction so he was actually going further out on the island to go there and not dropping my car off. This I guess was more important because they already had my money. He said he would then be at my home by four pm. This of course never happened and he didn't arrive at my home until nine thirty at night. When he arrived the car was taken off the carrier and put in my driveway. The car had two flats on the drivers side. These tires were brand new. I kind of disregarded this and thought maybe they were just low on air. I was happy just to have received the car. At this point the driver tells me I owe him 500.00 dollars . I said I was only supposed to pay him 300.00 and that I had spoken to the dispatcher about the price and told him what he had told me. He said that he was going to take the car back. I showed him my quote and we both tried calling the dispatcher. There was no answer. We finally got to where I would pay him 450.00 and I would get my 150.00 deposit back from company. I paid him and he left. The next day I called the dispatcher and he told me that because of where the vehicle was that the price had gone up. I asked him why he never contacted me about this and he said he was sorry that that was his mistake. So I still ended up paying more than I should have. I put air in the tires and the next day they were flat again so the driver probably ran something over when he loaded the car. Remember the tires are brand new and the both damaged tires are on the same side of the vehicle. The end result is a bad experience with this company and will never use them again.

When the trucker showed up, he showed me a manifest for 975 dollars, and the driver wanted half of that up front. I called the broker back, and he then told me that the 800 dollars was just an estimate. He had never told me before that this amount was an estimate. He told me that the 200 dollars I had already paid was a booking fee, and it was not applicable towards the 975 that I would owe the trucker. I ended up giving the truck driver 325 dollars.
He wanted another 200 dollars to ship the truck, and I called the broker and told him that I would pay the rest later, as I simply didn?t have it available. The broker told me, and told the truck driver on the phone in my presence, that he would pay the truck driver the two hundred that I had paid as a booking fee. As of today, I was able to talk to the broker twice, only by calling from numbers besides my own. He kept telling me that it had been very busy and he would call the driver as soon as possible. Eight hours later, the driver still has not heard anything from the broker, and now I am in the position where I need to pay the driver myself and the broker has put me in a terrible spot. I feel manipulated and feel that the truck driver was manipulated as well. This entire holiday weekend, we had far more stress and worry than we ever would have willingly signed up for. Most of all, I feel it was unfair to the poor truck driver. I had no problems with the driver at all.
