Drop off was fine and the promised it the next day. I called back the next day to pick it up and it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready till three days later. Each time I called, they said that they were inundated by other repairs after I dropped off mine.
Apparently mine kept getting pushed behind the others. The quality was a B because the glass is not completely attached at one point near the button.

I brought the unit in, left it for two days and returned and picked it up. It was ready exactly when they had predicted and the unit has worked well for two months now. This company offers very limited services (XBox 360 repairs but not XBox classic/IPhone but not Droid) however what they do they do very well. (two weeks later) The Xbox failed again, with a completely different problem. They had it running again in one day and there was no charge. Frankly, I'm blown away.
