What I found in Trainerspace was a perfect fit for me: innovative technology, top notch equipment, an immaculately clean facility and, most importantly, knowledgeable and professional personal training staff. It's been a superior experience all the way around down to the last detail so I've referred many people to Trainerspace (my son included, and he's hooked!) Highly recommend!

Amazing, my personal trainer not only was very knowledgeable about the human anatomy but also the best way to obtain results based on my specific body. The gym is absolutely beautiful and one of a kind, pictures online do not do this place justice. They also have online/mobile programs that you can join for less than personal trainer sessions.
