Tower called me within 10 mins of me submitting the request. they came out the very next day and quoted the project. the following week Jose and Leo did the installation. They were both honest, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100%.

The technicians were prompt, friendly, wore masks and kept an appropriate distance. They went right to work to troubleshoot the issue and explained everything as they went along. Glad to know that I now have a reasonably priced, reliable electrician to go to if I have any further electrical issues. Highly recommend!

Company had to return to fix cable wires left hanging; had to return because light in garage door/driveway was not working, which was part of the initial problem. After the return to fix the driveway/garage door light, I was told that all was working. Same night, light stopped working again. I called the company and was told that there would be an extra cost. Problem still not solved.

I only gave a 4 star as I am not aware of what someone else may have charged for a similar job. In regards to everything else, I have to say they arrived on schedule, gave me an explanation of what they could do, did their work, and cleaned up afterward. Payment requirements were easy but thought they might want to add Paypal as a source as many people use that now.

Jose showed up on time, worked at a fast pace, and kept his work areas clean. He was very friendly and service oriented. He explained the requirements for each project I had and provided a reasonable quote for each item so I could ensure I was able to have him fix it at the time (or if I needed to wait on a project due to time and cost). He was outstanding and I will definitely use Tower Electric of Palm Beach and Jose again!

Nice pleasant team. They ran into some problems with their equipment which delayed our project, but they completed the task (therefore, the 4.5 score) and we are happy with the outcome.
