We were having issues with roaches and ants in our home. I called the company who immediately responded and set an appointment up for the next day. The technician was prompt and came exactly when they said they would. The tech was also knowledgeable and could easily answer my questions and address my concerns. Since the service, I have not seen any roaches and I have been really pleased with this provider. Monthly service was immediately established at a reasonable price.

I had a bad ant problem in my daughters room.  I couldn't figure out why she kept having ants.  I tried the  "big name" companies to fix it and a few days after they left....ANTS again.....  I saw a Craigslist ad for Total Rodent and Pest Control and decided to give them a shot.  The tech that came out "Pete" was very knowledgeable and PROMPT!  He came on a Sunday to look at the problem.  It turns out when he opened the blinds to the window he noticed a tree against the side of the house.  He proceeded to cut the limb from the tree and sprayed along the wall and window sill.  ANTS ARE GONE : )  I would recommend TRAP to anyone!

A few weeks ago I was in my kitchen and saw one roach. I killed it and said only one, no big deal. Then over the next few days I saw five more. Time to call an exterminator. After looking on the Internet, I finally found a family owned and operated company to treat my problem. To my surprise the owner himself came to my home. Pete saw the roach I saved for him, and immediately knew how to treat the source. He explained the treatment method clearly and got to work. Not only did he fix my problem, he gave me a guarantee for treatment. I am so happy I called T.R.A.P. Control and I will be using that personal cell phone number of his, should I have any other problem.
