Removed popcorn and added knockdown and painted our ceiling. They had to come back (had to call them and refused to pay) because the paint job was so poor. They returned 4 days later, but there was so much to do that they had to reschedule. They returned and were very willing to do the repair work. They caused quite a bit of damage -- wood laminate stairs were scraped; 2 curtain rods were bent; used masking tape instead of painter's tape on the walls and ruined the paint on said walls. I had to spackle for 2 hours to repair ripped paint. The bigger problem came because I had asked them to do additional painting and they said they would but never got around to it. Finally, they scheduled a date when their "best painter" would return. He didn't show up and after I called them 3 times, they never returned the last call to let me know what happened. Finally got another company to do the additional painting. They did, however, do the required work on the originally scheduled work (ceilings) and were very easy to work with, albeit a bit sloppy.
