We had our kitchen remodeled recently. The sink was taken out and put back in. I wanted to replace water filter, which was long overdue. I thought I could replace it myself. I went to the Waterman office and bought a filter. I also bought the (wrong) wrench to get it off. I could not turn the filter housing. In trying to get it changed I noticed a minor leak. So, I called the Waterman office to request help. They came out later that day. The technician got the filter housing off and replaced the filter. He stayed to make sure there were no leaks. He noticed that the mounting bracket had the wrong screws holding it to the side of the cabinet and put in wood screws.(NO CHARGE) He tightened the brass fittings above the filter and waited to make sure there were no leaks (NO CHARGE). While sitting on our kitchen floor he noticed a minor leak with the hoses and fittings for the sink from the granite installers putting the sink back in. He tightened all of them (NO CHARGE). I learned that the Waterman company goes far beyond the norm to take care of their customers. I will always request their inexpensive service call to replace our water filter in the future.
