"Thank you for your favorable comments. I apologize for my late arrival, Occasionally jobs run into more time than anticipated and cause me to be late. I usually try to notify scheduled clients of expected late arrival. I regret that I may have failed to notify you."

"Bogus Review  I was not present when Barbara visited you, but she informed me that this is what really occurred:. You contacted us on a Sunday. You informed Barbara that it was urgent that she come quickly because your tenant's entry door was jammed and she could not open it. You were informed that the fee would be $75 per hour plus cost of material and a small fee for 40 minutes travel time (round trip) to your location. Barbara showed up on a Sunday afternoon and you complemented her because we were the only one out of five contractors willing to respond. She found the door jammed and inserted wedges under the door to enable her to force it open. She determined that the hinges were bent causing the jam. She attempted to straighten the hinges to effect a fast and inexpensive fix but was unsuccessful. She informed you that the hinges would have to be procured and replaced. She also advised that a tether be installed to prevent future damage to the hinges. You requested a quote for repair of the rotted wood on the door jamb and sidelights on both sides of the door and Barbara informed you that she would have to get back with you with the quote. When she offered an explanation as to the possible cause of the wood rot You rejected her explanation and questioned her expertise. When given a quote of $450 to replace the rotted wood, install the hinges and install a tether on the door to prevent a recurrence of the damage you stated that you had two more contractors to speak to on Monday. You asked whether we would price match the lowest quote from others, Barbara replied that we are not Home Depot and do not match prices. Barbara offered to return on Monday when authorized by you, but you never responded in the affirmative. You claim that you paid $100 for the services rendered, but in truth you paid nothing. In fact, you owe us $100. Your review is totally unjustified and unreasonable."

"I do not understand your quality rating since you stated that you were very happy with the outcome at the end of the project. When I phoned you to find out what I could do to correct any deficiencies you stated that you were totally satisfied with the outcome and had assigned the "C" rating because of the errors that had been made by the previous contractor. I also do not understand your price rating since you gave me a tip and paid in excess of my invoiced amount. Perhaps you were taking into account the overall cost including the previous contractor."
"thank you."

"I DO NOT RECALL EVER SERVICING YOU. YOUR REVIEW MAKES NO SENSE. IF I MADE IT A POINT THAT I DID NOT RESPOND TO YOU, HOW DID I NOT RESPOND TO YOU? SEEMS YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH PRICE AND NOT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE. NO JUSTIFICATION FOR AN F RATING."
