Yaniv was on time or early for all work days, communicated and brainstormed with me for projects and solutions to any obstacles that came up along the way. My list of jobs for him kept growing as I saw all that he could do! Our home is now free of all the annoying things that often get left undone! He did some carpentry, replaces doors, created custom pantry doors, painted, installed a new faucet, molding, and my list goes on and on! Very pleased with everything from quote to completion of work. Priced right and very high quality results!

When I called The Handyman Home and Garden Services, Inc. I indicated that time was of the essence for the job I wanted done. The owner accommodated my request immediately. Then, he called me the day before the scheduled appointment and asked if I would be interested in having the work done a day earlier as his team had some time available. I was delighted at this offer and promptly accepted. The work crew showed up on schedule, did a beautiful job of replacing all of the screens on my sliding doors and were pleasant and professional! They cleaned up everything after the installation too. Overall it was a completely satisfying experience

I give this contractor A+++-He is tops on my list for ANY work I need done! His quote was spot-on...he arrived instantly...and went beyond expectation to complete the perfect job in record time. I needed a plaster wall removed and replaced...he made further suggestions to put waterproofing shield when wall was removed and to refinish with drywall, feathered it into the plaster and paint the wall perfectly. My tenants were so estatic that they took a picture of it and sent it to me out of state...At the same time an emergency bath ceiling arose in another apartment and they immediately took care of the leak above and proceeded to repair it

Yaniv had great customer service. He called me and did the work the same day. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I paid. He and his assistant were very neat in their working space and cleaned up after they were done. All projects were completed perfectly!

Yaniv and his crew do excellent work. They contacted me immediately and repaired my damaged porch railing very quickly the same day that I called them. Replaced portion matches up well with the rest of the railing. I am very satisfied.

We needed a neglected iron fence to be brought back to life - post and gate handles replaced, mailbox installed, and grind-prime-paint the fence - quick estimate at site, fair price, completed in less than a week. Appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
