The Computer Xperts has been serving South Florida with Computer & IT services since early 2007. We focus on a high level of professionalism in the service and sales of all your computer and technology needs. All of our services are performed on-site or remotely by a Computer Xpert. Our Xpert's vehicles are equipped with over 50 different technology parts so we can fix 95% of problems on the first visit. We are Microsoft Certified, a Dell Partner, and a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. First of all, we the customer are fairly technical yet we were unable to help ourselves in this instance. We have a desktop and two laptops that function on a wireless network. All PC's are under 4 years old. And we use these computers for our business. We had a very nasty virus that our UP-DATED anti-virus software failed to catch. We also experienced incredibly slow speed in spite of paying for the fastest speed available from AT&T- yet it seemed like dial-up. All applications, not just the internet, ran incredibly slow. It seemed as though these computers were on their last leg! Matt came to the rescue. He eliminated the virus, and then spent time diagnosing the other problems. He was quick, efficient and I was amazed by the change in our computers when he was done. I believe the difference in Matt's company is all of the techs have college degrees in an area of technology. They look beyond just what the customers tells them to diagnose eliminate all problems. We've used other companies, but based upon this experience, I won't use anyone else.
