Way beyond expectations.... Ross was very professional and timely, I own 4 rental properties and this was the first time I hired Ross. He will be the only one from here on out. His prices were very fair and his work was outstanding.

Ross and his team have just remodelled our master bathroom. You couldn't wish for a better team of workers. They were always on time and very pleasant. Their work was excellent and they were very careful not to make a mess. Ross came each day to check that all was going well and gave us details of what to expect on the next day. He was very much on top of everything during the entire process, and if he said he'd do something he did. We would definitely use him again for any other project in the future.

From the moment I left the initial voicemail, Ross Terrano was in contact with me on the entire project from start to finish. After the initial inspection, Ross reached out to me by phone and thoroughly explained all the work that was to be done. He then provided the work order detailing same. Job was completed on time, as promised. Would definitely hire again.

They arrived on time with the owner of the business. The owner came once more during the job to check on how the job was going.The two men that were doing the work were professional and polite. They did a great job. When they left my home it was as clean as it was when they arrived. I also received a follow up phone call. Would absolutely use them again.

Shower valve cartridge malfunction late at night. We had to shut off water to entire house. We called many plumbers but none could come out on an emergency. Terrano plumbing answered our call and within an hour the cartridge was replaced and water was back on.. Thank you for coming to the rescue.

Mike and Ross are the best ! I was actually having some work done on my pool pump and the pool man noticed a bubbling of water coming from underground in line with my outdoor spigot. I dug down about 8 inches and saw a pin hole leak in the copper pipe. I called Ross immediately and requested Mike which I have used just two weeks ago for additional plumbing work . Ross reassured me that Mike would be at my door within an hour and a half and was true to his word . Mike fixed the pipe and showed me that when they built my home (1980) they had carelessly filled in the property with large rocks and broken cement resting right up against the pipe which after many years of rubbing up against the pipe caused the leak. I am really glad I've found these guys ! their not only very professional their honest and friendly with very reasonable repair rates.

Spoke to Ross a couple times and the next day Mike came out. Mike did excellent work and I found him to be a straight shooter like myself with no games..it was really appreciated! Both gentlemen took the time to explain the job at hand. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that takes pride in their work. Mike was a very knowledgeable and friendly professional plumber . He really took the time to explain why my pipes were clanging when turning off my shower, faucets and flushing my toilet in my master bedroom bathroom. My previous plumber from a different company neglected to properly strap the pex water lines in my attic and inside my shower wall. This caused not only an annoying clanging of the Pex water lines but as Mike importantly pointed out would cause rubbing and chaffing resulting an eventual rupture and flood in my home left uncorrected . He also installed an expansion tank on top of my water heater and a pressure valve on the outside spigot ,alleviating any excessive pressure in the water lines. I now have peace of mind knowing that Mike addressed a serious problem with my plumbing and that assures me that I will be able to sleep better at night ! I'm happy I found Terrano Plumbing on Angie's List and wouldn't hesitate recommending them for all you plumbing issues.

We recently hired Terrano Plumbing with high expectations for our bathroom remodel. Well now that the job is complete, I can sincerely say they exceeded the high expectations my wife and I set. From the moment we sat with Ross to go over our vision for our bathroom to the moment the last item was complete Ross was involved with the project and made sure everything was PERFECT. Which it is. We set a high bar, Ross raised it and absolutely crushed it. Whether it be a small plumbing job, small project, or full on remodel, Ross and his team should be your first and only call. In a landscape such as South Florida where there are 100's of contractors and "handymen" and sometimes its tough to trust anyone, you can sleep well at night knowing that Terrano cares, and not only that, Ross stands firmly behind his work. We're thrilled and hope to hire his team for any future jobs that come up!

everything was excellent. The owner Ross is great he has a very very good team. All the workers that came were very professional. They had to first remove glass doors on the tub, take out 2 rows of tiles before they could remove the old tub. Than they had to put in the new tub, replace the tile & put back the glass doors. All the work they did was neat & clean. They treated the job as if it was in their own home. Without question I would use them again
