I called Sunshine State Water Restoration. My pipe had not broken, it was a leak. Mike Schultz of Sunshine responded very promptly; he was able to come by within an hour or so (this was not an emergency remember). He performed a moisture analysis and determined that I did not need any further dryout services.
Mike was honest and prompt and very professional. I would certainly use his services again or refer him if I needed any further emergency water damage services. He did not even charge me for the moisture analysis or house call.
