Plumber had suggested I have an emergency service check for moisture exposure after plumber fixed the water leak. I called Sunshine State Water Restoration. My pipe had not broken, it was a leak. Mike Schultz of Sunshine responded very promptly; he was able to come by within an hour or so (this was not an emergency remember). He performed a moisture analysis and determined that I did not need any further dryout services. Mike was honest and prompt and very professional. I would certainly use his services again or refer him if I needed any further emergency water damage services. He did not even charge me for the moisture analysis or house call. Cheryl

After the water leak was fixed, it was important for us to verify that our home would not develop mold and other water damage. Mike eased our minds, and he was pleasant and CHARGED US NOTHING FOR HIS INSPECTION! Thank you Mike!
Description of Work: On a Saturday we were unable to turn off the faucet in the bathtub. It was not easy to find a plumber on the weekend, but we were lucky to find Ryan plumbing. Ryan fixed the problem, but pointed out that water had leaked through the wall into the den behind the bathroom. He suggested that we call Mike at Sunshine to evaluate the moisture for future problems. We called Mike, and he came over the same day, Saturday afternoon. Mike studied the leak, and said that it was unlikely that we have a big problem, because our walls are plaster, and will dry properly. He charged us nothing.
