Stain free carpet cleaning

We have used them three times, we feel they do good work at a reasonable price.

Had an appt scheduled for between 10-12  with Tito, he showed uo at 3:45PM.   Not a good start.
Immediately started to try and up sell me on a deep cleaning. I declined.
He dragged his big machine into our home and within 25 minutes, after saturating our carpets with so much water I need boots to walk on them, ?cleaned?  1200 sq ft of carpet. I thought the first pass was some sort of pre treatment but no. Tito  was done, dragged his big machine out to his van, and off he went.
Do not waste your time or your money with this guy and his ?carpet cleaning service?
It is a ripoff, our carpets are dirty now with all that smelly water he saturated on the carpets.  I Purchased this service with a Groupon, shame on them for not vetting their vendors. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere unless you like you carpets wet and throwing money out the window.

I purchased one "Living Social" deal, bought another as a gift, $35. each, from StainFree Carpet Cleaning. This was for the "basic cleaning." Two men arrived at my house, and immediately the older one started shaking his head, I needed the "deep cleaning," for another $70. I said that I couldn't afford it, but he was persistent. Rude, pushy, the old bait and switch thing. A foot from my face. Yes, I probably did need the "deep cleaning," but didn't have the money to pay for it. They were very displeased, dragged the machine into the house, soaked the two rooms of carpet with water, all the while telling me it wouldn't be clean. I got a lecture on how their machine cost $3000, I told them it wasn't my responsibility to pay for it with money I don't have (I'm 77 yrs old, my income is under $1200 a month.) They "cleaned" both rooms in less than 8 minutes and left. My soaked carpets look exactly the same as when they arrived, and won't dry for days. Their magic machine never sucked up the water. The wording of their deal is misleading, I'm angry and upset. Bullying an old woman isn't nice, or smart, and I still need my two little rooms cleaned. Warn people that StainFree Carpet Cleaning's $35.00 "basic cleaning" deal doesn't exist, and to read the fine print.
      I took them to my 78 yr old friend's house to do the gift cleaning I'd purchased. The old man was in the shower, but the older cleaning employee insisted on entering, even 'tho I'd asked him to wait outside until the man was dressed. He insisted "I need to see," he said, practically pushing by me to enter the house. The old man was still naked in the bathroom when they were dragging their machine in. I kept telling him to hurry, he finally got his hearing aids in, came out, and as I left they were giving him the old bait and switch thing. He lives by himself, is meticulously clean (a neat freak) and his carpets did not need the "deep cleaning," but he was confused, and gave the OK, not realizing the extra $$ was in ADDITION to what I'd paid. I want my #35. back. They "cleaned" nothing. I have photos of my carpet right after StainFree left, and after I cleaned the same day with a kitchen mop and a bottle of Resolve carpet cleaner.
