Speedy Rooter

Company was contracted for leak detection between water meter and house.. Service men claimed obvious leak found with probe and detection device at connection to main shut off valve. Charged 450.00 for the detection svcs. Agreed to call that day with estimate for repair. Never called. Called another contractor to repair as diagnosed. Completely dry at shut off valve. No leak whatsoever. New contractor found actual leak 4ft away south of first diagnosed. Could've easily been spotted first time out. So we paid for diagnostics that were false and even exaggerated as both men lied to my face about water obviously being in that spot. Second contractor dug in the first sight as diagnosed by Speedy Rooter (as I watched) not Any Water At Sight At All. I was ripped off. And I am the one who had to explain to my 81yr old father, ( the home owner ) why he had to pay so much for them to have lied to us. Luckily the second contractor was reliable and honest. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company.
