The agent I dealt with, Wayne Friedman, was professional, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process. Despite only one week's notice, Wayne arranged to have my vehicle picked up near my residence on the exact day I requested. When my vehicle arrived in San Diego two weeks later as promised, it was delivered directly to my residence. This was my second experience transporting a vehicle across the country, and a huge improvement over the previous vendor. I would definitely use Ship Your Car Now the next time I need to ship a vehicle.
Description of Work: Arranged to transport my Toyota Highlander from Hampton VA to San Diego CA.

Description of Work: This company stole $4300 of our money, and failed to move our boat within a 45 day period, and didnt care if our boat incurred damages, and theyre 'contract' is vague and shields them from ANY liability or resposibility of ANY sort, including trucking delays, WHICH THEY HAVE A LOT OF, as MOST drivers dont care for SYCN, because SYCN cares for money ONLY, not maintaining a decent rapport with the trucking companies. We spoke with 3 drivers SYCN dispatched, and NONE of them cared if SYCN ever called them back again. Then, after we posted numerous poor reviews about SYCN, they offered half our money back, ONLY after we removed ALL negative reviews, effectively manipulating the review, and maintaining a disingenuous 5 star rating. After we submitted proof of reviews being removed, SYCN refunded $2150, and then stole that $2150 back, claiming we had put up more negative reviews. This company is VILE SCUM, who lies and cheats, and doesnt operate ethically or morally.

+ -1 moreIt was terrible. We had to find a different shipping company. Had to fight to get a refund. They refunded everything but $260. They started to transport my brand new 2015 car, they damaged it and stopped in the middle. They took my car to a storage facility and dropped it off there. They called me and told me where they dropped it off at and where I could pick it up. I had to pay for a storage fee that I did not agree on.

Description of Work: Provider was a broker who listed my car for shipment on the General Delivery board without my authorization when they learned that the authorized broker did not list the car on the General Delivery board. After listing the car and obtaining a truck, she informed me that she needed $125 for the truck. Because the previous broker did not perform, I paid the truck fee and my car was delivered from NY to MO in about 30 hours. The total fee was $875 as opposed to other bids of $675. however, they did arrange a prompt delivery with insured truckers.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely perfectly!!! I had two cars to ship, gave me a very fair price of $1,200, and worked with me all the way from my initial contact with them until the cars arrived. My car move was complicated by selling/buying a new house and a temporary layover time until I was in the new house. They worked this out with me and everyone at Ship Your Car Now, LLC was extremely pleasant and helpful. I give everyone the highest ratings possible!
Description of Work: Shipped two cars from KS to FL and also scheduled a short layover of a few days until new house purchase closed for drop off location.
