I was very pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Ship Your Car Now. The agent I dealt with, Wayne Friedman, was professional, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process. Despite only one week's notice, Wayne arranged to have my vehicle picked up near my residence on the exact day I requested. When my vehicle arrived in San Diego two weeks later as promised, it was delivered directly to my residence. This was my second experience transporting a vehicle across the country, and a huge improvement over the previous vendor. I would definitely use Ship Your Car Now the next time I need to ship a vehicle.

It was terrible. We had to find a different shipping company. Had to fight to get a refund. They refunded everything but $260. They started to transport my brand new 2015 car, they damaged it and stopped in the middle. They took my car to a storage facility and dropped it off there. They called me and told me where they dropped it off at and where I could pick it up. I had to pay for a storage fee that I did not agree on.

Absolutely perfectly!!! I had two cars to ship, gave me a very fair price of $1,200, and worked with me all the way from my initial contact with them until the cars arrived. My car move was complicated by selling/buying a new house and a temporary layover time until I was in the new house. They worked this out with me and everyone at Ship Your Car Now, LLC was extremely pleasant and helpful. I give everyone the highest ratings possible!
