"Dear customer: 3 workers, including the one typing, worked for 10 long hours in a house without AC and with 80F degrees outside, removing piles of dust and debris typical of an after-construction project. We did litterally EVERYTHING to make you happy and went several extra miles pursuing that. The fact that we are getting straight F's in every area such as: punctuality, even though we were early; responsiveness, even though I always replied to your calls and texts (something that you stopped doing when it was time to pay); indicates me that this review was created out of an impulse rather than with a fair judgement. I worked on your house out of good faith because you said you really needed it and you promised to pay after the job was concluded. And yes, I did showed up at 10 to collect my hard earned money because, as I mentioned, you stopped answering my calls/texts when it was time to pay, not even to complain that it was what you considered a "horrible job", so I did not know what was going on. Coincidentally, I came to find out it was a "horrible job" only when I showed up to your door. With all due respect, I highly believe the problem does not lie on us. Dear customer, this is not a hobby, this a job with which we do a living for the family. Thank you for your business."
again for sure.They answered the phone quickly and was easy to book with. They had an appointment available for me when I wanted it, and they showed up on time! Very quick and professional and don't stuff things in places. Never had anything taken. I trust them.
They arrived in time and did an excellent job. They took about 3 hours. I can't complain for anything really.
The owners gave me a quote for a complete house cleaning. They stressed that they would be very thorough and
promised they would pull out the kitchen appliances and clean behind the stove and refrigerator. We agreed they would come with a crew of four at 2 pm. They arrived at 4 pm after calling a few times to say they would be there soon. The cleaning
was good but the owners left their two assistants to finish and they didn't understand that our balcony needed to be
washed.
I had to call the owner for help. He returned and made sure everything was completed.
After they left and the kitchen floor was dry enough for me to go in, I looked under the stove and found that it had not been cleaned. I ended up pulling the stove away from the wall and cleaning it myself.
My general feeling about the experience is that they are nice folks who over-promised. It would have been better if
the owners had stayed and supervised their workers.
