I have all SubZero, Wolfe and Cove appliances. Sam is masterful at analyzing and solving ANY and ALL problems that emerge. In addition to finding the most economical and efficient resolution to a specific issue, Sam will invest whatever time is needed to check out the other appliances: 48" refrigerator, two 36" refrigerator drawers, two smaller refrigerators, a steam oven, a convection oven, an induction stove top and a Cove dishwasher. Pride and excellence are the hallmarks of Sam's professionalism. Appliances literally shine when he finishes with them because he polishes them to perfection...and magically restores them to a showroom level sparkle. I have already recommended Sam to friends who have been equally delighted with the level of his service. I endorse Sam with unqualified confidence. He is easily among the best in this business! He stands by his work and insists on perfection! He is OUTSTANDING in every way!
