The bath fixtures installation was done in a hurried, sloppy manner and the entire bathroom was flooded the next time we used the tub. I had to call in another handy man to fix the damage. He was constantly berating and putting down his assistant during the entire job, and it seemed very unprofessional.

He is incredible. He is honest. He does the job right and if he doesn’t he will come back and fix it. He shows up on time. He is pretty serious about his work and makes sure the customer is happy. He is real professional.

First of all he’s on time. He shows up when he says he’s going to show up. He does the job right and if there’s something not right or if you don’t like, he will do it again. He’s just a very skilled guy. He can do everything except very heavy electrical work and that kind of stuff. I like his honesty. He shows up and gets the job done. He will change it if there’s something not right or you don’t like it. He’s there when you need him. He’s got great ideas if you want to do you’re kitchen or bathroom. He’s just a very bright guy. He is not cheap. If you want the best job, you hire him. He will always be towards the upper middle category of the pricing. If you want it cheaper, it never works. He’s got the key to my house and we’ve got a pretty nice house. I would use his services again in the future.

Ray is always a pleasure to work with. He is punctual, straightforward, absolutely honest, and if there are any issues (which there almost never is ) he comes back and addresses them. We have used him for about 9 years and recommend him to all of our neighbors and friends.

Ray was referred to us 8 years ago by a decorator friend. He has done everything in our house since from small (plug) to large (remodel entire bathroom includings walls, floors, mirrors, etc). He is average price but he does the job RIGHT (not the cheapest, easiest way) , shows up on time, comes back if he needs to, has incredible integrity. If you are looking for the cheapest job don't call Ray. If you want the job done right, on time call Ray.
