Real Estate Service
Quality Management was hired to manage our community since I have purchased in the development over 2 years ago. They in turn hired their own Landscape Company to maintain the landscape, trees, and back yards of a 32 home development. They consistently perform in an unprofessional manner by allowing workers to sleep on the lawn during their breaks, leave tools out in common areas, glass clippings in pools and on streets and driveways, and overgrown trees and shrubs throughout the community.
When they are called upon in their offices in Boca Raton, they are NON RESPONSIVE. I have left NUMEROUS phone messages, faxes and even sent notes by US MAIL in hopes of getting a response. They do not respond in a timely manner - as in DAYS - but often they DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I have come to know their receptionist, Debbie, by name as she is so used to taking my messages - but as she says "she can't make any one respond." I have consistently left messages for Ralph and Nick, the brother / owners of the company. I can only imagine how many messages Debbie must take! They are CONSISTENTLY UNPROFESSIONAL, uncaring, and incompetent. Unfortunaly, I cannot fire them as the community HOA hired them - so I am constantly exposed to their inferior work. I would NOT recommend this "quality" company to anyone looking to enhance their surroundings as workin with Quality Management is nothing but a frustrating excercise in stress management!
