I have a continuous drip coming from my hallway ceiling a/c unit. Each time I thought it was repaired (I've had 5 different a/c companies out), I called Paul to install my new ceiling. Paul would arrive only to discover I still had a drip. When he finally installed the ceiling, I had to have the A/C company come out again as we discovered the line was still sweating when he removed the old ceiling. Not only did Paul return each time and wait patiently, he only charged me an extra $50 for all the delays. Also, in order for me to proceed with the new ceiling, he came up with the idea to put a tin pan with sponges under the drip (I still have it) and on top of the ceiling tile to keep it from staining.
