The repair technician was timely, professional, polite, and most importantly conducted the work effectively. This company will be our AC provider going forward. As recent snowbirds and condo owners in Feb 2013, we asked the owner Rick (30+ years experience) about whether we should replace the entire system. He said NO and to save our money for a few more years. We learned, he had installed and serviced the system for the previous owner. Honesty and integrity is GOOD. Additionally, we also learned his company has been the primary service provider for the condo organization since the 1980. There are many happy customers!

They arrived promptly and did it when they said they would. They were professional. They did not clean up as good as they could have. The unit is great.

I got quotes from 4 companies. Estimator arrived promptly and was extrememly knowlegeable about A/C systems and air purifiers. Prefered's cash price was considerably lower than competitors. Installers arrived promptly and worked professionally for aprox. 8 hours to remove old system and install new. Installers were very carefully to not damage walls or floors and cleaned and removed all debris.
