John and his company were hired by several owners in our townhouse development to clean roofs and awnings. He and his crew arrived on time, were courteous in answering questions, did a spectacular job, quickly ad efficiently. They did not damage anything and our roof was difficult to access, so I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was ore than fair. I will use them again.

Unfortunately after being reliable Piranha has become a disappointment, continuously postponing work to do other premium work, broken equipment is now the norm (no sprayer) so they intended to "roll" the sealer on, not recommended by the manufacturer. Wants payment up front for materials. Argumentative with customer was the final straw.
