All data was recovered in a timely unstressful manor.  Reconfigured the environment and updated all software ,utilities and antivirus software for optimum performance. The new environment works great and Mark was able to provide an system  that is high performance without any additional hardware. He made sure all software was updated and that i was totally comfortable with the new configuration. Mark provided great followup and called me three times during the following week to make sure I was satisfied. Reconfigured printer and converted dsl to high=speed cable. Painless!!! 
Very professional, friendly confident service provider that knew what he was doing and well within my budget.
