This is the second time that I have used Phil and have been very happy. The first time I used him, he had the best price out of the three quotes I got. Since the company did a good job the first time, I used them again. He came highly rated by one of my neighbors.

Great. He came identified the problem and a few more I was not aware off. Gave me a price and fixed the items that needed fixing. Sliding door needed new wheels, hing replacement and lock replacement.

He climbed up on a very high pool covering to make sure that the screens that needed repaired could be repaired correctly. He was neat and clean, and worked very hard to get the job done! He was fabulous and I was so pleased!

Phil called and made appointment to estimate the job.  Was right on time and did a thorough job of estimating and explaining what he would do and the price.  Called the next week and scheduled.  The technician was right on time, worked all day but ran in to one problem.  Some changes had been made to the enclosure since the last time it was rescreened.  He needed to get a couple of pieces of aluminum frame made at his shop.  He went that evening, fabricated the required pieces and showed up early the next morning and completed the job.  Everything was done professionally.  It looks great.  I am very happy with the service and would use them the next time I need and screen work done.

Phil called and set appointment to come out and estimate the job.  He was right on time, called me on the phone and reviewed the work required and the cost.  Committed to do the job early the next week.  Called Monday night and said a technician would be out Tuesday around 11 am.  Tuesday he showed up  at 11 am and worked all day.  Completed most of the work but needed to design a change to one end of the screen enclosure that had been modified since the last time the screen was replaced.  Said he would get the necessary parts that evening and be back out first thing on Wednesday morning.  He showed up at 7:30 and finished the job.  The work was done professionally, and was exactly what was estimated.  Very happy with the results and would call them the next time I need any screen, aluminum enclosure work done.

We had a design that had to be tweaked. Phil and his brother worked with us so that our concept worked. They did two measuring sessions, and spent two days installing our screen. They were referred to us by the larger company they used to work for, and we are glad. The work was done carefully and the result was excellent. We had to wait for our installation, as they are busy- but they are very much worth the wait. As all the work was exterior, we did not have to be at home while it was being done- a concern some snowbirds may have.

|I was very grateful that the cost was low in comparison to other places I had called. However, the commitment date I was given was not met and I had to wait a week or so longer with my calls/messages not being returned in a timely manner. When I did get a call back, it was polite and apologitic with the explaination given that my job was a small one compared to the larger pressing committments that had popped up and now had priorities over mine. I did not have an major issue with that but would have liked a more timely call back to my messages to let me know this OR just let me know from the begining that I may be a "squeeze in" based on work load. The day the screens were put in, a friend/helper came out to do the work and realized that a specific tool that he needed was back at the shop which he'd need to go across town to retrive. Fortunately, I had a similar tool that took care of the problem. Everything got accomplished --just not as smoothly as originally planned. Unforseen stuff happens. I would use Phil's services again if his prices remain reasonable. He and his friend/helper were professional, kind, and the end result was that my screens were done well and fit properly.

I had my pool deck cleaned today (see review on Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning) and the guys who cleaned it pointed out that the frame and some screening was broken. When I asked if they had anyone they would reccomend to do the repair, Tony connected me with another customer who had recently had work done. She told me that Phil Screen had done a great job for her and gave me his phone number.
I called his office about 12:30 and reached him on his cell phone. I described the problem and he quoted me $50.00 to do the job so I asked when he could do it. He said he could come down this afternoon and I told him that he had the job. He got here as promised a few hours later and we checked the screens and discovered that there were a couple of other panels that needed to be re-screend and he quoted me a very reasonable price so I told him to do the job.
He did everything needed in about an hour and the job looks great. He reinforced the broken are by using larger bolts than were in there before and re screened all 3 bad panels. The work was done quickly, professionally and neatly. I could not have asked for a better result.
