Sale process was good and felt I got a reasonable price. However, after that, rest of the process went terribly. Install crews (there were several stages) never arrived on time. Owners non-responsive to issues, missed appointments or general lack of focus on delivering good customer service. Broke my concrete basketball court in 2 places. After I complained, they tried to repair with a caulk gun which was terrible. They refused to do more. Propane tank installation was not completed properly, had to finish on our own. Left yard with huge ditches and holes. Refused to fix. I spent thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes. Then to top it off after less than 2 years the generator completely died while running after the hurricane. They kept saying they would come and diagnose but it took 4 days (without power). They would make and break appointments. Their office people lie (that starts at the top with the owners). Despite my labor and parts warranty refuses to install. I am a pretty patient guy and can put up with a lot. I also work in an adjacent industry and have worked with subcontractors who try hard but struggle to finish. These owners are different. They simply don't care. Truly bad people. I promise you don't go anywhere near them. Seriously.

The house my parent's own has been serviced by them for years. I maintain the property. Last year I needed to replace the old a.c. Unit. Dealt with them long distance, they laid out all my options, and provided me with a new energy efficient unit with local and federal tax rebates. They have always been easy to contact and prompt in servicing under their annual maintenance contract. On my Last visit to Boca my mother was in the hospital and I needed a service call, they were extremely helpful in finding a service time to fit into my difficult schedule.

I had nothing but good experience with them. They had put in our new air conditioner several years ago and we have a service contract with them so they come twice a year to do a check-up on the system so that we don't run in to any problems and they come right away when you make the appointment, you don't have to wait days and days. They're always very nice and they are pleasant to work with. I never compared to other company's charge so I have no idea but to me I think it's reasonable.

Rob came out to give a bid and within 3 days I had one. He allowed me to call him with any further questions. After signing the contract his staff was just as helpful as he was. The delivery of the permit to the generator and tank was remarkable timing and so was from getting the tank filled and all of the inspections. All questions were answered and if they did not know they called me back. I'm very happy with the generator and tank. The employees were very pleasant and very informative if I had any questions regarding what's happening. I would recommend Personalized , Inc.

They were slow to respond initially. There were numerous delays but I was never sure if it was their fault or permits or whatever. They have been true to their contract and they've been prompt on their follow up since then. I have no concerns about the quality of their work or price; it was just the customer service that was lacking some. Not sure if I would use them again or not.

Craig arrived on time and was very thorough. He serviced the unit and changed the filter. He was professional and very efficient.

It was a horrible experience. I think they have improved themselves now. The whole service issue was shocking, it could be under new management now, that was 6 years ago and they seem to be a lot better.

They are very reliable. Their service person is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They do a good job.

They were a sub-contractor who I have dealt with post installation for service and maintenance. They have been professional and attentive to needs. I would recommend them.

Job was completed in September of 2008. Excellent job, however it should have been completed sooner.

They had excellent service. They did all the paper work. They were available over the phone always. They were responsive and answered all my question and concerns. They also showed up as promised. They got all the county permits to do the installation.
