Professional no pressure salesperson, professional install technician. System requires a ~$30 filter twice a year, but as a result we get good tasting water from every tap in the house and no longer need to replace the refrigerator filter, so the annual cost is a wash filter-wise.

Technicians were courteous, professional, neat and punctual. They explained the system before and after installation. The system works wonderfully. We like the idea that we do not have to add salt to the system and do not have to have electric to power the system. The quality of our water is great - it is crystal clear and tastes perfect. Would definitely recommend Pelican Water Systems to everyone.

Very straightforward to work with, very punctual & finished the install of the full home filtration system in the time frame given. Our installation guy answered all my questions when it came to keeping the system in the best shape.
