PC Professor

He was very good.  He was on time.  He came and actually hooked up a couple other things to my computer he didn't have to.  He was very nice.  He charged me exactly what he said he was going to and he did a great job.  He knew exactly what he was doing.  I would recommend him to anyone.  He really knew his stuff.  He hooked everything up, cleaned up and made sure everything was working before he left.  He said if you have any problem call him and he'd come back.  He was good.  I'd give him all "A's".

I enjoyed all the courses that I took at PC Professor. Their hands on approach and up to date materials made the class not only enjoyable, but I also felt I was receiving the latest in formation. I would also like to take the time to thank my professor Julie. She was able to motivate me by using creative methods of teaching. She was different in her approach and that made her stand out from the crowd. Which is the reason why I enjoy her classes so much and also reached out to her for good advice. Good teachers are always creative, and Julie was that and much more. She had a response to every question and if you don't understand, she answers it again and gives more examples. Good professor. Hands down the one of best professors I've ever had.

I was moving into a new place when I had my laptop in a soft cover case in the front seat of my car. Then without thinking I placed my book bag right on top of the laptop. Without realizing it, I put so much pressure on the computer. That it ended up cracking the screen. Needing to replace the screen quickly because I had to do homework and also look for a part-time job, and update my resume, etc. I was referred to PC Professor by someone to whom I trust and told me how good PC Professor was at fixing computers of all kinds. So I stopped by the Boca Raton location and was greeted with smiles and very helpful and professional personalities. I told the front desk representative my problem and without hesitation told me that would be an easy fix. It took about 3 business days to receive my computer back in perfect condition and without any cracks, smudges or anything else wrong with the computer. They allowed me to turn it on to make sure that it works properly just before I left. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful asking if I had any other questions or concerns. I think its safe to say that after the pleasant experience I had with PC Professor. If anything else goes wrong with my computer. Regardless of what the issue is I will be going to PC Professor to have them fix it.
