They were absolutley the worst to work with. Did not have there business together. Comunication the worst took over 3 months and still coudnt close the deal. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF my credit was over 720 and i have over 250 in the bank. How ever if i knew someone i didnt like and wanted to screw with them i would recomend this company. Good luck you have been worned.

I'm a very anxious person I want to know all the details and each time I had a concern I would panic and call Charles and he would call me back right away even if I just text him he would pick up the phone and call me and reassure me that everything was in line going the way it was supposed to I have already referred PR MG mortgage to several of my friends and will do so in the future

Everything went better than expected. Stuart Shanefeld is a very experienced efficient loan officer. He worked very diligently in executing all the paperwork with strict attention to detail. I cooperated with him in acquiring all the necessary paperwork and there are allot of requirements these days. Barring all the details , I applied for my loan at the beginning of the week and the loan was approved and released by Friday. Chase wanted 60 to 90 days to close. I closed in under 4 weeks. Superb service, I highly recommend Stuart.

Stuart Shanefield was the Loan Officer who handled my mortgage application. From start to finish, Stuart was there to help me and make sure my loan was processed in a timely manner and that the closing took place when it was scheduled with no delays. He made sure I got the best interest rate available and helped me structure the deal so I needed the least amount of money at the time of closing. Stuart was absolutely phenomenal in working with my wife and I to let this transaction be as less stressful as possible. I could not have asked Stuart to do more and I have already recommended Stuart to many of my friends who also needed help with a mortgage. From start everything we needed to have was there. Details to the application process and final approval all communication was twenty four/ seven! It was the easiest mortgage experience I have ever had.

Underwriting was cleared prior to our closing date so we were able to close sooner which was great. Our mortgage rate was low and Stuart helped us get the right program for us which saved us closing costs. Stuart, Dottie and team kept us up to date as the processing occurred. Our questions and concerns were answered same day. His team is professional, knowledgeable and ethical. Documents were sent to title company for closing in advance which kept timelines met or exceeded.

Stuart is one of a kind at PRMG. It was difficult for my husband and I to get the loan due to his 550 credit score.
