very poor service . They actually lied to me . Installed black out product on my windows that are known not to be a black out product by the manufacturer . They refused to stand behind there work and would not replace the window treatment. Recently the business was purchased by a new owner who is just as bad as the one he replaced

It took an excessive amount of time to complete the job. Their installer came out and started the job, but didn't have the right materials to complete it. After waiting several weeks for him to return with the proper materials to finish, we called both the store and the installer several times. The installer never returned any calls. The store denied any responsibility, saying that the installer was an independent contractor and they had no control over him. I told them that they (the store) hired the installer, not me, so they should take care of it, but they refused to do so. Not until I yelled at the installer on the phone did he finally decide to return and finish the job, and did so with a horrible attitude. He acted like a spoiled child. This store took no responsibility for the person THEY hired to do a job. This is a very poor way to do business and I would never hire them again. They are unrelliable.
