They came to our house, picked up the rug, and took it away, cleaned it really good, and brought it back almost new. I love how soft and clean it is. I love my rug again!!

OZ was professional and responsive from first contact. Scheduling was a breeze. There were no hidden charges. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Time will tell if the stains they removed will come back again but for now the carpets look great ... practically like new after 7 years of moderate traffic. Same story with the tile and grout. I highly recommend!

I had an appt with a different carpet cleaning company that was scheduled to be at my house at 10 am yesterday (Sunday). At 10:07 I get a text that they would not be there family emergency. Haven't heard back from them since. So here it is on a Sunday and I have my Mom moving in next weekend. Thinking I'll never find anyone to come out on the spot. Carpets must get cleaned ! I found Oz Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List, first one on the list and called. Oscar answered. He say yes he could be there in a couple of hours. He saved the day. The price difference was more than my previous company (which didn't show up) Let me add that I thought the carpets were hopeless. This guy is amazing. He pre-treated the stains, did a little work on them and then steam cleaned. Carpets looks absolutely brand new!!!!. Very nice guy, clean, personable, explains what he is doing and why. Prepared carpets for cleaning - by vacuuming carpets with an extremely powerful professional vacuum cleaner. All furniture was moved by him on sliders. Sprayed carpets with cleaning solutions. A professional rotor carpet cleaning machine was used. A professional steam cleaning machine attached to outside truck-mounted equipment was used. All skirting boards were wiped down. A heavy duty drying fan was used to speed up the drying of the carpets. Oz took great care during the cleaning process. RESULTS - WOW our carpets now look like new. Exceptionally clean. Oz is Super friendly and very professional. It was a real pleasure doing business with him.

He is punctual and is good about communicating by text that he is on his way. I was very pleased with the cleanliness whe he was done.
