Pest Control
Orkin claimed that my pest insurance policy on the property had expired. It happened to be just after the 10 year period and the property had signs that termites were present. I had to go through the expense of having another party come out to examin the property.

The service is wonderful. He saw that I had rat droppings, he set the trap, and within a day we caught the rat. We’re working on getting rid of these white ants that I have everywhere. A competitor recommended that we spray the attic and Noelle said it’s bad for you so he wouldn’t recommend it.
