+ -1 moreOriental Warehouse took order and full payment for delivery of furniture that was to be delivered within 12 weeks (before Christmas 201). After 12 week period elapsed, promises were made of delivery coming soon (within 3 weeks-Jan 15 2012). In week of Jan 15 2012 we were informed that furniture was in Florida, and would be delivered shortly. Additional 4 weeks passed and then told that furniture was not available. No further information other than something would come (not when). At that time we asked for a refund, in writing, and received no response (21 weeks after order was placed and paid for). Phone calls were not returned.Money was taken and goods not delivered. Refused to refund money.
